Company is a joke. Director is always off on holiday when theres a major installation job, causing problems for the engineers. Theres a young blond haired lad whi is so up his own backside, he doesnt realise how many mistakes he makes, then blames other engineers who correct them. Office staff have no idea what they are doing when you phone for a call out, can wait a week for them to attend. Shame minimum is 1 star, as otherwise would be 0.
